Orders are processed Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders received after 11 am PST, on weekends or holidays will be processed the very next business day. We try to provide the fastest possible service to our customers and are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been processed.
We provide easy ONLINE shipping cost calculation at the time you place your order. Add an item to your shopping cart, enter your Ship To zip code and click "GO".
At this time Modern Amusement offers 3 methods of shipping via UPS:
Standard Shipping:
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays) and after verification & processing.
Fast Shipping: 3 business days
Faster Shipping: 2 business days
So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that your billing information matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing will take 1 business day.
Currently we are unable to ship outside the US or to any P.O., AOP or FPO Boxes.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you in a confirmation email. You can track your order direct from the email just by clicking on the tracking number and you will be automatically linked to the UPS website. You may also log into your account at modernamusement.com and track your order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is available on the UPS site.
Returns/Exchanges
Here at Modern Amusement, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return or exchange it within 15 days of the date on your receipt. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the return authorization form. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Modern Amusement does not refund original shipping charges. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.
